Burgers on the Grill for Summer!

Who doesn’t love burgers and fries? I love a burger on the grill. The aroma of a hamburger cooking on the grill is a definite sign that summer is here.

How about a healthier version of a hamburger and fries? I have swapped out the classic hamburger for a turkey burger and french fries for yam fries.

Swap out a baked yam, for Alexia Sweet Potato Fries. I love these! 12 fries are a single serving and they have 130 calories. Compare this to a small fry at McDonalds: 230 calories.
