I guess I had psoriasis from 2009 and did not know I thought it was just heat rash. My back, shoulder, and under my breast was smooth, itching, burning, dry, scaly and cracked. I am currently on medication (Imovane, Resilo and Nise) and I’m having another breakout. I use a moisturizing body wash like Olay, or dove and it helped along with an anti-itch cream. I also have it on my scalp, looks like real bad case of dandruff. I would base my scalp with Top Brass and wash hair the next day, but by the next day or two it would be back. Being in the sun make it worse!

Hi Bryan. Your story sounds frustrating and uncomfortable. I can imagine you are always looking for something that is going to bring relief. I was wondering have you ever tried a night cream made by Mary Kay? Here is a link to it: https://www.marykay.com/en-us/products/skincare/mary-kay-extra-emollient-night-cream-100407 My brother had a skin condition years ago, not psoriasis, and we were introduced to this product. This is a super duper thick cream. You moisten the skin first and then put this cream on. It’s best to put it on at night because it takes a long time for it to soak in. I would describe it as a very thick vasoline type substance. I just wonder if it would bring any relief?
