I am definitely going to watch your video. I actually and going to try vegan foro two weeks to see how my bodies does. So far I eat a clean diet but I want a break from dairy and meat products.

This is so interesting to me! I have stage IV endometriosis (that’s what prompted me to start my blog!) and diet really contributes to flares. Caffeine, potatoes, greasy stuff–all HUGE triggers!
