The Starch Solution & My Autoimmune Journey Week 4

The Starch Solution & My Autoimmune Journey Week 4- brendamueller.com - autoimmune disorders/diseases

This week has been great! I’ve seen progress being made and I’m loving the results. I know I said I didn’t start “The Starch Solution” to lose weight, however, I am enjoying this benefit.

I have finished another week without:

  • indigestion
  • waking up in pain every morning
  • itchy skin
  • feeling exhausted
  • feeling hungry
  • needing to take evening primrose oil

I lost 2.5 inches and my husband has lost 2 inches off of his waist. He has dropped one size in his pants. He is doing “The Starch Solution” to lose weight and feel better. He says all the time, “This doesn’t feel like a diet. I love it!” Mark is cooking like he has never cooked before. He is creating his own diet and his meals look like they are from a restaurant.

Here is my latest video for week 4

The photos taken in January I had a compression garment on under my clothes just so I could fit into them. The July photos are without the compression garment. I’m very happy with these results. Don’t you love my farmer tan?
