I heard, like I’m sure most of you have, “Cut the white stuff from your diet and you’ll lose weight.” That is exactly what I did. My meals consisted of chicken stir-fry. I consumed tons of broccoli, carrots, onions and chicken. I stopped drinking diet sodas and only drank water and tea. I lost eighty pounds! I looked great and I felt great! I had energy to burn.
